Central Universities Common Entrance Test abbreviated as CUCET Exam 2022 is a national level exam conducted together by 12 central universities for admission in UG, PG and PhD courses offered in all included colleges /institutions.CUCET exam is conducted once a year across many cities in India. To apply for CUCET Exam, you must meet the eligibility criteria of the paper to avoid any cancellation.
For UG Course
Students need to have passed 12th from a valid and recognized board with a science background. The marks eligibility criteria for general candidates students are 50% in 12th and for SC/ST candidates, the marks are 45% in 12th. For admission to B.Tech, the candidates must be scoring a minimum of 40% to 45% in 12th.
For PG Course
Candidates applying for a master’s degree must be a graduate from a university in a relevant stream. Candidates must have scored a minimum of 50% to 55% marks in the General category and 40% to 45% marks for reserved category candidates.
For PhD Course
Candidates who are having a masters degree from a recognized university are eligible to apply for CUET 2021. The candidates need to have a minimum of 50% to 55% for the general category and 40% to 45% for the reserved category in the central universities.
Note: If a candidate has a valid score of UGC-CSIR JRF, GATE, NBHM, UGC- NEET or any other relevant examination then they need not appear for any other examination. But one has to appear for CUCET Exam 2022.

Step 1: Fill CUCET Application Form
Go through the official website of www.cucet.nta.nic.in and register yourself. Then pay the application fee of CUCET 2022 via credit/debit or SBI Challan. Go through the table below to know the exact CUCET application fee.

Step 3: CUCET Exam Day

Step 5: A round of Interview
This step is only applicable for MA/M.sc. in a digital society. The students will be asked about the interview round and can be presented with their views about the course, career objective and other education-related questions. The admission will be done carrying 25% weightage of the interview.
Step 6: CUCET Counselling
This is the last step of CUCET admission where students have to present for the round of counselling confirming their seats. To appear for the counselling session, you have to fill the admission form of the respective college according to your course. You have to apply through the official website of the particular college. The candidates will be allotted seats according to their website.
