MAT 2023 is a Management aptitude test or MAT is a national level entrance exam which is conducted by All India Management Association. This exam is organized for admissions to MBA/PGDM courses. This exam is conducted many times in a year i.e. in four-phase February, May, September, and December. Students who have clear MAT can take admission to 800+ B schools that accept MAT scores.
MAT Exam 2023 December exam will be conducted offline (Paper Based Test), Online (computer-based test ), and remote proctored (Internet Based Test or IBT). Language Comprehension:
This section of MAT syllabus has 40 questions from subjects like - Verb, Noun, Pronoun, Adjective, Adverb, Antonyms & Synonyms, One Word Substitution, Idioms/Phrases, Vocabulary, Fill in the blanks, Sentence Correction, Para Jumble, and Reading Comprehension.
Intelligence & Critical Reasoning
40 questions will be there from Analytical and Logical Reasoning including topics such as Family Tree, Statement Conclusions, Strong Arguments, and Weak Arguments, Puzzles, Series, Blood Relations, Coding & Decoding, Course of Action, Arrangement, Pie Chart, Calenders, Visual Reasoning, Syllogisms, and Graphs.
Data Analysis & Data Sufficiency
This section will also have 40 questions divided into two parts – Data Analysis and Data Sufficiency. The question will come from subjects like Pie charts, Data Comparison, Line Graph, Bar Graph, Caselet, Quantitative Comparison, and Data Sufficiency.
Mathematical Skills
It is a Quantitative Aptitude section of MAT. This section also has 40 questions from topics like Mensuration, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, and Modern Maths.
Indian & Global Environment
The Indian & Global Environment is also known as GK section of MAT exam consist of 40 questions from static GK and current affairs. This section is supposed to be attempted at the end as the score of this section is not taken for MAT percentile.
