Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College (AKGEC) is a Private Aided Institute which is located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The college was established in the year 1998 by Indian Institute of Management and Engineering Society. It is approved by AICTE and MHRD New Delhi and Affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University. This college provides the Only Engineering courses at the Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Diploma levels.

1. For admission in AK Garg Engineering College Ghaziabad- Apply Now
2. To get admission to B.Tech course, students must have completed 10+2 in science stream with PCM subjects from recognized Board.  
3. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination. For Direct admission, students must have valid score in UPSEE/ JEE main or must have completed 10+2 in science stream with PCM subjects from recognized board.
4. For MCA admission, students must have completed graduation in any discipline with Mathematics as main subject at 10+2 or graduation level. They must have obtained minimum 55 % marks. Students must have valid score in UPSEE. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE and vacant seats will be filled by college on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination.
5. For MCA Lateral, students must have completed BCA/ B.sc in computer science/ Information Technology from recognized University. They must have obtained minimum 60% marks. 
6. To get admission to M.Tech, Must have bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline from recognized University.

The college imparts technical education in the field of Engineering and Computer Application. The offered courses are B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in VLSI Design, Computer Science Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Mechanical Engineering etc, MCA and MCA Lateral Entry.

The campus of College is spread over an area of 46 acres of land and having the world class infrastructural facilities such as well equipped library with 7,500 titles and 76,000 volumes of books, national and international journals, E-Journals, Multi-Media Resources, Separate Hostel for boys and girls, State of the art computing facility with internet connectivity, Gym, TV Room, Mess, Cafeteria, Utility Shop, Workshop, Laboratories, Furnished Classrooms, ATM on Campus, Medical Facility, Sports facility, Transportation and many other facilities are available inside the college campus.

• The fee of B.Tech course is Rs. 125,256 P.A, MCA RS. 121,756 p.a. M.Tech tuition Fee is Rs.1,11,256 per annum.
• Security Amount Rs.10,000 (Refundable), registration fee Rs 1,500, Examination Fee Rs.10,000 p.a, Medical Insurance Rs.1500 one time.
• College provides the scholarship to students on the basis of their academic performance.

Some of the co-curricular programs and centers are Industrial Robotics Training Centre established in collaboration with KUKA Robotics, Microsoft IT Academy, Networking Academy, PLM-Centre of Excellence, set up jointly with SIEMENS Industry Software Ltd., Software Development Centre and many more.

There is a separate training and placement department. The department works related the training and placement activities and ensure to place the students in top companies.
