AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing Registration 2020

B.Sc. Nursing registration 2020 of AIIMS is ongoing. The Institute organizes national level entrance test for admission to B.Sc. (Hon) Nursing and Post basic nursing program. Admission will be given only to those candidates who will clear AIIMS Entrance Test 2020. Students can register themselves by filling an online form. The registration is divided into the following parts:

Basic Registration

The application fees for B.Sc. The nursing course as follows:

• General and OBC have to pay INR 1500.
• Reserved candidates have required paying INR 1200.
• Physically handicapped & orthopedic category candidates are exempted from paying the fee.

AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing Eligibility Criteria 

B.Sc. (Hon) Nursing 

• Nationality: Indian citizen candidates will be eligible to apply. 
• Gender: Only female candidates can apply. 
• Qualification: Candidate must have a qualified 12th level (Science) or equivalent examination.
• Must have Subjects: Candidates must have qualified 12th form science board or equivalent examination from any board recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
• Major subjects: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying examination. 
•   Age Limit Candidates must be 17 years of age as on 31st December 2020.
• Applicants born or after January 2004 note eligible. 
• Final year pr appearing students of class 12th can apply.

B.Sc. Post Basic Nursing 

• Indian Citizen is eligible to apply 
• Candidates must pass the 12th level or equivalent. 
• Diploma holders in general nursing & midwifery are also eligible.
• Male and Female can apply. 
• Candidates must be registered as Nurse, RN, and RM with State Nursing Council.

AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing Seats 

Their certain number of seats reserved for admission by the organization for admission into AIIMS B.Sc. Nursing. The criteria of seat reservation are given below:

• OBC – 27%
• SC-15%
• ST- 7.5%
• A person with benchmark Disability (PWBD)- 5%

Apart from reserving seats one should keep the following marks in details:-

• If there are seats vacant for ST, they will be reserved for SC students vice versa.
• If still, vacancy is nit filled then candidates belonging to the general category will be given preference.
• If there are seats left under OBC categories it will be forwarded for general students’ candidates.
