Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Physiotherapy is commonly known as BCIP, which is located in New Delhi. It was started in the year 2003 under the aegis of Shri Banarsidas Chandiwala Sewa Samarak Trust Society. It is approved by Delhi Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy (DCPTOT) and affiliated to Guru Gobind Indraprastha University, Delhi.
It provides the education in the field of Physiotherapy. The offered courses are Bachelor of Physiotherapy and Master of Physiotherapy in 4 specializations such as Cardiopulmonary, Sports physiotherapy, Musculoskelaetal Physiotherapy and Cardio-Pulmonary Physiotherapy.
Institute has well equipped infrastructure and having all the modern facilities and amenities are available for the students under the campus. There are modern classroom with audio visual training aids such as LCD Projectors, OHP, Mike System etc, Well stocked library with over 2054 books on physiotherapy subjects, medical subjects etc, 10 newspapers, Magazines, National and International Journals etc. It has various well equipped labs such as Exercise Therapy Lab, Physiology Lab, Anatomy Lab, Physiotherapy clinics, Electro Therapy Lab, Sports Physiotherapy, Cardio Pulmonary Lab, Neuro Physiotherapy lab etc.
It has hostel facility, mess facility, cafeteria, computer lab, wifi connectivity, Seminar hall, lecture hall, auditorium and other facilities are provided by the college.
It conducts various workshops, seminars and conferences for the students throughout the year.

To be eligible for BPT course, student need to complete intermediate in science stream with Physics, chemistry and Biology as main subjects from recognized board. They need to obtain minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination. Students will be required to appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by Guru Gobind Indraprastha University. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in CET.
For admission to MPT in four specializations, student need to complete bachelor of physiotherapy from recognized University. They have to appear in CET conducted by GGIPS. Admission is granted on the basis of score obtained in Common Entrance Test.

The fee of BCIP is nominal. The average fee for BPT course is Rs.75,000 per annum and MPT Rs.1,20,000 per annum. The fee includes the examination charges, library charges, Student Development Charges etc. College will not charge any extra amount during the semester. All fees will be submitted at the beginning of the semester.
