• Admissions to different courses are done on the basis of Merit in the last qualifying examination. The courses need to be followed certain eligibility criteria which we have mentioned in the course section of this article. 
• Students can get brochures or form in person by visiting a college in person or connecting to the college through the contact details mentioned at the end. 
• Do not forget to attach TC and Character certificate/category certificate (if required).
• Attach your colored recent passport-size photograph to the application form. 
• Candidates need to submit their application form before the last date.

• Reservation candidates must bring their certificate attested from Zilaadhikari/Upziladhikari/Zilaadhikari/Mukhya chikitsa Adhikari. 
• Reservation for the wards/wife/brother/sister of the deceased soldiers during Indo Pak war. 
• It is to be noted that the college has the full right to reject the admission of a candidate without giving any particular reason. 
• Weightage will be given only to the candidates who have scored a minimum of 40% marks and above.
