CH Brahm Prakash Government Engineering College (CHBPGEC) is a Government Engineering College which is located in Delhi. The college was established in the year 2008. It is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha Univeresity. After Delhi Technological University, it is the only college who offers the B.Tech in Environmental Engineering.
The campus of college is spread over an area of 8.5 acres green lush land. It has equipped classroom, fully air conditioned multi purpose hall, well stocked library with rich collection of books, journals, magazines, newspaper etc, open air amphitheatre with seating capacity of 200 people, medical facility, computer lab, internet facility, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, fully equipped laboratories and workshops, Seminar hall, GYM and other facilities.
It imparts the technical education in the field of Engineering. The offered courses are B.Tech in Civil Engineering, B.Tech in Environmental Engineering and B.Tech in Information Technology, B.Tech lateral in Civil Engineering and B.Tech Lateral Information Technology.
Every Year college organizes Prarambh which is the annual cultural festival. It also conducts various activities and programs for the overall development of students such cultural programs, fest, sports, fresher, workshop, seminar, industrial visit, educational tour etc.
There is a Training and Placement cell which prepares the students for their campus placement. The cell also invites the top leading companies and industries for the campus drive. The main recruiting companies are Infosys, Era group, Syntel, L&T infotech, Infosys Technology, Petron and many more.

For admission to B.Tech, students must have completed 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from recognized board. They need to score minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination. Students have to appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha Univeresity.
Admission will be done through counseling based on the score obtained in Common Entrance Test. As per the norms, 10% of seats will be filled by the management quota on the merit basis of qualifying examination. There are 15% seats reserved for the students of outside Delhi.
For Admission to B.Tech Lateral, students must have completed Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with mathematics as main subject from recognized University. Students can take direct admission in the second year.
