The vision is to create and to cater knowledge and to provide education for the next generation. City College wants its students to have all-around development. The aim is not only to produce good professionals, teachers but to also give country capable and trustworthy citizens which can lead to overall progress and development of the country. The college attempts to treat every student as an individual, to recognize their potential and to make certain that they get properly trained and practiced for accomplishing their professional as well as life goals.

The City College has various Facilities. The Library at City College collectively supports the teaching, research, and extension programs of the Institute. All students and faculty members of the college can fully use the library facilities by taking its membership. Other than having a big collection of books in it, Library offers it other services to different divisions. 78 reference books, approx. 1050 textbooks, 11 journals, a computer system with internet, multimedia, and newspaper are available in the college library. Labs for D. EL. Ed/BTC course is provided by the college for encouraging the students to gain practical knowledge. The Hostel facility is also provided so that the student can experience the Hostel learning. It helps in focusing on overall self-development. An extensively equipped with latest hardware & software technologies and fully air-conditioned, spacious and sophisticated Computer Centre is of great help tostudents. Students can also use the sports facilities to develop group leadership & cooperation qualities.

City girls college offers 4 years duration B. EL. Ed course with the eligibility of Graduation, 2 years duration B. Ed course with eligibility of Graduation, B. Com course with a duration of 3 years and eligibility criteria of 10+2 in any stream And BBA course with duration of 3 years with the eligibility criteria same as B. Com.

Some other facilities at City Girls are a fully Wi-Fi Campus, Mess Facility, Book Loan Facility, a good Security system, Gym, Transport Facility, Guest Room, Parking Area, weekly Seminars & Workshops.

For admission to BBA, students must have completed intermediate in any discipline from a recognized board.
For B.Com, must have done 10+2 in any stream from a recognized board and must have studied English as the main subject at 10+2 level.
The minimum eligibility for B.ed course is graduation in any discipline from a recognized University.
For BA and D.El.ED, students must have completed intermediate in any discipline from a recognized board.
Admission to all the courses will be done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination. They need to obtain a minimum 45% marks in the previous qualifying examination.
