DIT University Dehradun Scholarship 2025
DIT offers multiple financial support for students. They have partnered with multiple banks to offer financial aid with ease. Information regarding the various scholarship schemes at DIT is given below:
A) Merit-Based Scholarship

B) Uttarakhand / Other Himalayan States Scholarship
26% scholarship on Tuition Fee.
Reserved for 25% of seats.
Valid domicile certificate required.
Scholarship continues for the entire duration.
C) Shri Naveen Agarwal Ji Scholarship for Girl Students
10% scholarship on Tuition Fee (First Year).
Eligibility: 80%+ in Class X & XII.
Continues if CGPA is 8.5+ every year without backlogs or disciplinary issues.
D) Scholarship for Children of Defence Personnel
1. For Serving/Retired Defence Personnel:
5% scholarship on Tuition Fee (First Year).
Must submit relevant ID/proof at the time of admission.
2. For Martyrs/Gallantry Awardees:
Additional 5% scholarship on Tuition Fee (First Year).
Must submit proof of service and award certificates.
E) Scholarship Based on Performance in Sports
First-year students eligible based on past sports achievements.
Continuing students must participate in international/national/state-level events.
Credited in two equal installments per semester.
F) Financial Assistance for Sibling(s)
5% scholarship on Tuition Fee (First Year).
Sibling must be a current student or alumnus of DIT University.
Requires valid ID proof of both siblings and documentary proof.
G) Scholarship for Graduating Students Opting for Higher Studies at DIT
5% scholarship on Tuition Fee (First Year).
No gap between UG & PG admission.
Must submit DIT University ID card & degree certificate/grade card.
H) Scholarship for Children of Single Mothers
5% scholarship on Tuition Fee.
Mother's income must be below ₹6 Lakhs per annum.
Requires valid proof (death certificate/divorce proof, income proof, etc.).
Continues if CGPA remains 7.0+ with no backlogs or disciplinary cases.
I) Scholarship for Differently Abled Students
5% scholarship on Tuition Fee.
Must submit a disability certificate from a government hospital/board.
Continues if CGPA remains 7.0+ with no backlogs or disciplinary cases.
J) Scholarship for Orphan Students
5% scholarship on Tuition Fee.
Must submit proof from Women & Child Welfare Department.
Continues if CGPA remains 7.0+ with no backlogs or disciplinary cases.
K) Scholarship for Children of DIT University Employees
