Doon PG College Dehradun Admission Process 2024
All the candidates appearing either for entrance examination or direct admission have to submit duly filled admission form with attested photocopies of testimonials. Original testimonials are to be shown at the time of admission. The reservation of the seats is as per the Hon’ble Supreme Court decision. The selection of candidates for any course in university seats (50% of the total) and payment seats (35% of the total) is made on the merit list prepared based on the entrance test conducted by the college on all India basis as per the University orders.
15% of seats in the entire course are reserved for NRI/ Management/ Sponsored candidates. There will be no entrance test in this category and a direct admission procedure is followed. Any seat that remains vacant after the expiry of the given time will be put on the waiting list. The final selection will be done after conducting the interview/ counseling of the candidates.

Note– Candidates applying from Jammu & Kashmir and Nepal have to submit the original document of police verification issued by the SSP or District Police Authority. Fees once deposited will not be refunded in any case.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates applying for admission can apply online.
- Admission through M.Sc. is done based on graduation marks.
- Candidates are selected based on interview and academic merit.
- For other courses like BBA, BCA BHM, BSc, and MA admissions are done based on academic merit in the last qualifying exam.
It is to be noted that eligibility criteria vary from course to course. So before taking admission go through the course eligibility criteria. If the candidate fails to meet any course criteria his/her form will be canceled automatically.
How to Apply
Students have to fill the registration form online by visiting the official website of Doon PG College of Agriculture Science and Technology. Students can register them by filling in the following details:
- Personal Details under which they have to mention their Name, Father’s Name, Email, and date of birth, gender, religion, mobile, alternate contact. Course, address, category, and education details.
- There is also a section of the qualified exams. You have to mention the marks of the 10th, 12th, & graduation level courses.
- Attach the all required documents with the form.
- Submit all your details and pay the registration fee.

Also, meritorious students will be given discounts on the tuition fee structure. Admission Charges will be 10,000 one time for all courses. Fee for NRI Students UG courses in the US $ 8500 and for PG US $ 6500 for the complete course, onetime payment. A professional fee as required by the university INR 500 per university examination. The fess of annual sports meet and annual fest charges – INR 1500 yearly. Hostel charges for boys/ girls are 6000 PM
