Doon (PG) College of Agriculture Science and Technology (DCAST), the main objective is to offer opportunities in education, research, and extension in the areas of Agriculture, Horticulture, veterinary, and animal sciences. The college was established in the year 2000 and runs under the aegis of Maharani Lakshmi Bai Memorial Educational Society (1988). It is a leading science and agriculture institution offering Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in streams of Agriculture, Forestry, Computer Application, Commerce, and  Management. The institute is the oldest self-financed professional institute of Uttarakhand which is ranked as one of the best institutes in the state.
