Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University abbreviated as DBRAU, Agra was established in the year 1927. DABRAU, Agra University is a state university approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation. More than 200 colleges are affiliated to this university and fifteen residential colleges are stretched in the university’s four residential institutes namely Civil Line Campus, Paliwal Park, Chhaleshwar Campus and Khandari Campus. DABRAU is affiliated with Sarojini Naidu Medical College. The main aim of the university is to offer fine quality education to its in terms of engineering, medical and many other streams. It also focuses on developing the intellect of the students by offering a holistic learning environment by different activities like quiz, short tests, interaction problem-solving rounds and much more. DBRAU Agra Admission 2021
- Admission in DBRAU Agra University is done on the basis of the entrance examination.
- For admission to B.E, B.E (Lateral Entry), MBA, MCA (Regular + Lateral Entry ) courses are done on the basis of UPSEE.
- For the rest of the UG courses, the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their academic score in 12th.
- For B.P.Ed. , BFA and LLB programs the university conducts its own entrance examination,
- For all PG courses also the admission will be given on the basis of the university entrance examination.
- Admission to PhD and M.Phil is completely on the basis entrance test conducted by the university followed by an interview.
- There is no age limit for UPSEE Entrance examination.
- Students who are in last year can also apply.
- In case of remaining seats after UPSEE counselling, the university will allow direct admission to B.E course on the basis of merit of qualifying marks in 12th.

- To apply for DBRAU, Agra applicants can apply through the official website.
- Fill the application form and pay the application fee of INR 1000 (INR 700 for SC/ST )by credit /debit card or through NET banking.
- DD which is non-refundable can be submitted in the favour of “ Finance officer, Dr B.R Ambedkar Univeristy, Agra “ for INR 700 ( for general /OBC ) and INR 500 (for SC/ST)
