Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology (FGIET) is located in Rae Bareli, Uttar Pradesh. It has been established in the year 2004. The college is approved by All India Council of Technical Education New Delhi and affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical Education, Lucknow.
FGIET provides the technical education in the field of Engineering and Computer Application. The offered courses are B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
The campus of Institute is spread over an area of 22.5 acres of Green lush land. The duration of B.Tech course is four years. The minimum eligibility for B.Tech course is 10+2 in science stream with Physics, chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from recognized board. They have to appear in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance examination. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE. Vacant seats will be filled on the basis of score obtained in JEE Main or marks obtained in last qualifying examination.
For MCA, must have completed graduation in any stream with mathematics as main subject at 10+2 level. Students must have appeared in UPSEE. Admission will be done on the basis of marks obtained in UPSEE.
For admission to MCA lateral entry, students must have completed BCA/ B.Sc in Computer Science or Information technology from recognized University.
