Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla is also known as HPNLU was established by the Himachal Pradesh State Law University Act, 2016. The university has been part of CLAT from the academic session of 2019 to 2020( the year HPNLU joined CLAT). The university is geographically situated in the serene beauty of the Himalayas where the weather conditions are enjoyable throughout the year.

HPNLU, Shimla offers many facilities to its students like a hostel facility where students are provided furnished rooms, proper hygiene facilities, WI FI facility, almirahs, security, a medical facility, a Library on the college campus, special lectures, Library and many other amenities ford the hassle-free learning.

HPNLU Admission 2022

The admission to Law courses at UG, PG and PhD levels will be based on the entrance examination.
You can apply by visiting the official website of the relevant entrance examination.
Himachal National Law Academy, Shimla offers 60 for the UG programme and 20 seats for the master's programme.
For admission to PhD course the HPNLU, Shimla conducts its own entrance exam to select top students.

HPNLU LLM Admission

Admission to HPNLU LLM Admission 2022 is based on the score of CLAT 2022.
It is a five-year national-level programme that is offered at the Master’s level at PHNLU, Shimla.
25% of seats are reserved for Himachal Pradesh domicile holders.
Five seats are also reserved for women.
To Apply for LLM students need to have a minimum of 50% marks in LLB.

HPNLU BA LLB Admission

HPNLU BA LLB(Hons) admission 2022 is based on CLAT 2022 score.
Students must have scored with a minimum of 50% marks in class 12th.
25% of seats are booked for Himachal Pardesh Domicile holders.

Himachal Pardesh University National law University Admission Date

The Executive Committee of the Consortium of National Law Universities met on the 14th of March 2022 and resolved as follows:

CLAT-2022 is rescheduled to Sunday, 19th June 2022 between 2 & 4 PM for both UG and PG programmes.
The last date for submission of CLAT-2022 online applications has been extended to 9th May 2022.

HPNLU Shimla Cutt off

Himachal National Law University Cutt off will be made depending on the CLAT score. The merit will flow in two to three merit lists where the names of the students will be displayed. The students can check on the official website or can call the admission committee. Students will be informed about the counselling session through e-mail or call.
