Hitkarini College of Engineering and Technology (HCET) is a Private aided Engineering college which is located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. It has been established in the year 1997 and approved by AICTE New Delhi. Its affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal. It is a subordinate of Educational Society namely Hitkarni Sabha.
The campus of HCET is spread over an area of 20,954 sq. encompasses various blocks. There are world-class facilities like Central Library with more than 20,000 books, journals, magazines etc., Well equipped classrooms with modern teaching aid, Well equipped labs and workshops, Lecture hall, Conference hall, Hostel, Mess, Cafeteria, Medical facility, Transport facility, Sports facility etc.
It imparts the technical education in the various Engineering disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering and Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
The training and placement cell organizes various programs like personality development program, Technical seminars, Industrial visit, Guest lecture, Workshops, Discussion with field experts, GD Session, Mock Interview etc. The cell also interacts with the Industries and invites them for campus recruitment. The major recruiting companies of HCET are TCS, Syntel, Persistent Ltd, Cognizant, PRISM, Reliance, Hexaware Technologies, TATA, HCL Technologies, Accenture, Zensar and many more.

For B.Tech admission, students must have completed 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as main subjects from recognized Board. Students must have obtained minimum 45% marks in 10+2 examination (45% marks in case of SC/ST category students).
Students must have a valid rank in JEE Main. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in JEE Main. Once the seats will be allotted to JEE Main students, remaining vacant seats will be filled by the college on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination.
Students who want to take admission in the second year of B.Tech, they must have completed Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with Mathematics as the main subject from recognized University. They must have obtained minimum 60% marks in qualifying examination.

The fee of B.Tech course is Rs.53,000 annually. The fee structure of HCET is very feasible and affordable.
Tuition fee waiver schemes are for those students who are physically handicap and financially weak.
Students can pay the college fee in two installments annually.
