IMS Law College is the first college in Noida which started an 5 year integrated course B.A.LL.B in the year 2004, followed by an 3 year degree course LL.B in 2015 and a 5 year integrated course B.Com.LL.B in the year 2019.
IMS College is approved by the Bar Council of India, recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is affiliated to the Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.

IMS Law College, Noida has an Admission Procedure that is to be followed by the students for taking admission in the university.
Students seeking admission are required to fill a separate Application Form. The Application Form can be collected by the students from the institute by paying Rs. 1,000/- (Cash). OR They can also obtain Application Form through post, through draft facility of RS. 1,050/- in favourof IMS - Noida payable at Noida/Delhi.
There are options to pay for the Application Form Fees :

- Online Mode : Swift Transfer, HDFC Online Transaction, Online/NEFT Transfer.
At Undergraduate Level, IMS College offers B.A.LL.B And B.Com.LL.B Courses, and Selection Procedure is on the basis of Joint Admission Test (JET) conducted by the college followed by Personal Interview.
And, at Postgraduate Level, The course offered is LL.B, Selection Procedure for it is :
- The form provided by CCS University has to be filled in and submitted to the institute.
- The institutes will shortlist the candidates and produce a Merit List on the basis of the performance at graduation level and JET conducted by the college which is followed by PI.
- The candidates are allocated seats on the basis of their merit.
- However, preference is surely given to the candidates who have qualified CLAT/LSAT Examination.
