Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur is commonly referred as IIITB, it is one of the Indian Institutes of Information Technolpgy, located in Bhagalpur, Bihar. It is established in the year 2021. The college is mentored by Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
It has 50 acres of campus at Bhagalpur College of Engineering. The infrastructure is well constructed and having all the modern facilities inside the campus. It has well stocked library, equipped labs and workshops, computer centre, hostel, seminar hall, conference hall, lecture hall, sports and games, mess facility, cafeteria, medical facility and many other facilities are available inside the campus.
It imparts the education in the field of Information Technology. The offered courses are B.Tech course in two disciplines i.e. Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Science Engineering.
There are well educated and dedicated faculty members. Most of the faculty are Ph.D and Master’s degree holders.
Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur Admission
IITB offers B.Tech course in 2 disciplines i.e. Electronics and Communication Engineering , Computer Science Engineering. The intake capacity is 60 in each branch. The duration of course is four years and the duration of B.Tech lateral is 3 years.
To be eligible for B.tech course, students should pass 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects from recognized Board. They need to appear in JEE Main (AIEEE). Admission will be done through Counseling based on the score obtained in JEE main.
For B.Tech lateral, students must have completed Diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with Mathematics as main subject from recognized University.
Indian Institute of Information Technology, Bhagalpur Fee Structure
The fee of IITB is little high. The fee of B.Tech course is 2,00,000 per annum. Fee can be paid in two installments annually.
Those students who want to take hostel and mess facility are required to deposit money separately for these facilities, it is not included in the college fee.
