Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) is one of the 20 new IIITs which are approved by MHRD. It is located in Una, Himachal Pradesh. IIIT Una has been established in the year 2021. The college is managed and funded by MHRD, Govt. of India under the Public Private Partnership mode. The partners who set up IIIT Una are MHRD, Government of Himachal Pradesh, HPPCL and HP Transmission Corporation Limited.
It imparts the excellence education in the field of Technical education. It offers the three B.Tech courses in Engineering Disciplines such as Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics and Communication Engineering.
The college campus has well equipped infrastructure facing snow clad Dhauladhar mountain ranges. It has well equipped library, classrooms, computer lab, laboratories, ground, Medical Facility, Transport Facility etc.

IIIT una offers B.Tech course in three specializations such as Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The duration of course is four years.
To be eligible for this course, students must have completed 12th in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from recognized board.
They must have obtained minimum 75% marks in qualifying examination (65% marks in case of SC/ST category students).
Students must have appeared in JEE Main.
Admission will be done through the counseling conducted by JOSAA on the basis of score obtained in JEE Main or JEE Advanced.
JOSAA counseling will be conducted in many rounds as per the availability of seats in the participating institutes.

IIIT Una Fee Structure is feasible being a Private Public Institute. There are also scholarships schemes for the meritorious and deserving students.
The average fee for B.Tech course is Rs.1,38,160 per annum. The security amount students will deposit is refundable after the completion of course.
