Indira Gandhi Medical College or IGMC was established in the year 1966. The college is approval with Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. The institute offers various UG and PG medical courses and intakes approx 100 students for MBBS course and 94 students for postgraduate courses. The college has also been given the title of Regional Cancer Centre by Govt. of India. IGMC, Shimla hospital offers a facility of open heart surgery that was started in the year 2005. The college has 33 departments fully equipped with the latest machinery like MRI scan, C.T Scan, Cobalt Units, Gamma Camera, Solectron, Upper G. IGMC Shimla Admission 2022

Admission in IGMC, Shimla is authentic and is approved by Indian Medical Council.
Admission to MBBS course is done on the basis of NEET UG.
Admission to B.Sc. and Paramedical courses must have appeared in Combined Entrance Test (CET).
Admission in M.D and M.S courses will be on basis of NEET PG.
Admission in D.M cardiology will be given on the basis of entrance examination conducted by IGMC.
For admission to M.Ch. in CTVS, candidates must secure a valid score in AIET entrance examination.

IGMC Shimla B.Sc. Nursing Admission 2022

IGMC Offers B.Sc. Nursing and post basic B.Sc. Nursing. The admission is done on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination. To take admission in B.Sc. nursing course candidates must be passed out from PCB stream in 12th. Applicants must have completed 16 years of age at the time of admission.
