Kalka Engineering College (KEC) is a Self Financed Private Engineering College which is located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. It is one of the constituent colleges of Kalka Group of Institutions. It has been established in the year 1974 by Kalka Educational Society. The college is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
KEC imparts the technical education in the Engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering.
It has good infrastructure which is spread over large area of green lush land. There are well equipped and furnished classrooms, seminar hall, conference hall, laboratories and workshops with modern equipment. It has separate hostel for boys and girls inside the college campus, Lecture Rooms, Guest Houses, Mess, Cafeteria. The college has well-stocked library with large collection of books, journals, National and International Journals, Magazines, Newspapers etc, Playground, Sports facility, medical facility, Auditorium, Transportation facility, Safety and security etc.

Kalka Engineering College Admission 2021

Students can apply online on college official website.
KEC offers the B.Tech program in four disciplines such as Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. The duration of course is four years.
Students have to appear for Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) conducted by Uttarkhand Technical University. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE).
For Direct admission, students must have obtained minimum 50% marks in PCM subjects. Admission will be done through counseling based on the marks obtained in last qualifying examination (10+2 examination).
For B.Tech lateral, students must have completed Diploma in Engineering/ B.Sc with Mathematics as main subject from recognized University. They must have obtained minimum 60% marks in qualifying examination.

Kalka Engineering College, Meerut Fee Structure

The KEC fee structure is very less as comparison to other Private Engineering College in the city.
The total fee for B.Tech course is Rs.3,00,00.
Students have to pay separately for the hostel and mess if they are willing to stay in hostel.
Examination fee, development fee and other charges are included in the college fee.
