The college has been established in the year 2021 by the Kalka Educational Society. The college is affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The eligibility for the B.SC Nursing course is 10+2 in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as compulsory subjects from a recognized board. They need to score a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination. The minimum age should be 17 years and the maximum is 35 years.

For ANM and GNM, students must have done intermediate in any discipline with a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination. Preference will be given to those students who have studied Biology as compulsory subject at 10+2 level.
