Khalsa College (KC) is an autonomous college which is located in Amritsar, Punjab. The college was established in the year 1892. It is affiliated to Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
Khalsa College offered the UG, PG and M.Phil courses in various disciplines such as Commerce, Applied Science, Mass Communication, Humanities and Social Science, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy etc. It offers 27 Undergradute courses, 31 Post Graduate courses, 8 M.Phil courses, 5 PG Diploma Courses, 5 certificate courses, 05 PG Diploma, 12 diplomas, 09 add on courses. The offered courses are B.Sc Hons, B.Com, B.sc Hons, BJMC, BPT, BIMT, M.sc, M.Com, Diploma, PD Diploma, M.Phil and many other courses.
The campus of Khalsa College is spread over an area of 330 acres of green lush land and amenities available which required for the higher education. It has well stocked library with large collection of books of all subjects, high technology computer lab, equipped labs and workshops, playing fields etc.
It has 3 residential hostels, medical facility, sprawling playground, stadium, Swimming Pool, Administrative Blocks, Career Guidance Cell, Student Activity Centre, Fully Computerized Library, Transportation facility and other facilities are available.
The training and placement cell conducts various activities and training such as Personality Development program, interview preparation, mock interviews, GD Session, Seminars, Workshop, Interpersonal and Communication Skills etc.
Many companies visit the college for placement drive. Some of the name of visiting companies are TCS, Axis Bank, Tech Mahindra, Aon Hewitt, Lava technologies, Wipro Technologies, HDFC Bank, Unisys, Genpact, Reliance, B- Able and many more.

Students can obtain the application form from college campus. Only offline form will be accepted by the college.
Admission to B.Sc, M.sc and M.Phil course, students will be required to appear in college entrance test or apply directly; it is depend on the course requirement.
Admission to M, MJMC, BJMC, BBA, BCA and other courses will be done on the basis of first come first serve.
For admission to Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma courses will be done on the merit basis of qualifying examination.
For admission to BA in Social Science will be done on the basis of marks obtained in previous qualifying examination followed by an Interview.
Khalsa College, Amritsar Fee Structure
The fee of college is nominal and students can easily afford the college without feeling any burden of fees. Fee can be paid in two installments annually. There is also scholarship for the meritorious and deserving students.
