Lucknow Polytechnic College is located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It was started in the year 1922 by Hindu Education Society. The college is approved by All India Council of Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Board of technical education, Lucknow. The aim of the college is to impart the technical education, training and services and to create the professionals who will endeavor to improve the quality of life.

It imparts the technical education in various Polytechnic engineering disciplines. The offered courses by Lucknow polytechnic college are Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.

The college has well-established infrastructure with all required facilities and amenities inside the campus. It has well stocked library with large collection of books, reference books, journals etc, sports facility, medical facility, computer lab with internet facility, Banking facility, Sports complex, Canteen, Hostel facility, mess facility, Guest House, Staff Quarters and many other facilities are available inside the campus for the students.

Lucknow Polytechnic, Lucknow Admission

It offers the 4 diploma course is engineering disciplines such as Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. The duration of course is three years. The eligibility criteria for Diploma course is high school with Mathematics, Science and English as main subjects from recognized board. They need to score minimum 35% marks in qualifying examination.

Students have to appear in entrance test conducted by Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education, Lucknow. Admission will be done through counseling based on the score obtained in entrance test.

For take admission to direct entry in the second year, students must have completed ITI or 12th in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from recognized board.
