Madhubala Institute of Communication and Electronic Media, also known as MICEM which is located in New Delhi. It has been established in the year 1996. The college is affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

To get admission to BJMC, students must have completed 10+2 in any discipline with English as main subject from recognized Board. They must have obtained minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination.

Students will have to appear in Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.

Admission will be done through counseling based on the score obtained in Common Entrance Test (CET).
