Mayo Institute of Medical Sciences (MIMS) is a Private Medical College which is located in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in the year 2021. The college is approved by Medical Council of India and affiliated to Dr. Ram Monohar Lohia Avadh University.
It imparts the professional education in the field of Medical Science and Nursing. The offered courses are MBBS, GNM, ANM and B.Sc Nursing.
There are various Preclinical, Clinical and paraclinical departments such as Physiology, Biochemistry, Anatomy, Pathology, Forensic Science, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Medicine, Pediatrics, Dermatology & STD, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Opthalmology, Orthopedics, Anaesthesiology and others.
The campus of college is well developed with all required facilities. There are 4 lecture theatre with Audio Visual Training Aids, One additional Lecture theatre, Demonstration Rooms, Air Conditioning Central Library with rich collection of books, Computer lab with 40 computers, well equipped labs and workshops with latest equipments, Skill lab, Separate hostel facility for boys and girls, well equipped demonstration room with latest audio visual training facilities, mess, Medical facility, cafeteria and many other facilities are provided by the college.
It conducts various seminars, workshops and conference on various topics. Students take part in these programs and learn the new things.

To be eligible for MBBS course, student needs to pass intermediate in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subject from recognized Board. They need to secure minimum 50% marks. Students will have to appear in NEET UG conducted by CBSE. Admission will be done through Counseling based on the score obtained in NEET UG.
For B.SC Nursing, must done 10+2 in science stream with Biology, Chemistry and Physics as main subjects from recognized board. They need to obtain minimum 45% marks in previous qualifying examination.
For GNM and ANM, students must have done 10+2 from recognized board. Preference will be given to those students who have completed 10+2 with science subjects. They should be medically fit.

As we know it is a Private Medical College so the fee of courses is little bit high. The fee for MBBS course is Rs.12,15,455 per annum.
