Moradabad Institute of Technology (MIT) is a constituent college of MIT Group of Institution which is located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in the year 1996 under the aegis of Moradabad Educational Trust. The college is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
The campus of institute is spread over an area of 13 acres of land. It has 7 academic blocks with administration and account building. There are well furnished classroom with modern teaching aids, well equipped laboratories and workshops, air conditioned seminar hall, well stocked library with large number of books, ultra modern auditorium with the capacity of 500 people, transport facility, medical facility, girls hostel, boys hostel, mess, cafeteria, digital library and many other facilities are available inside the campus.
It imparts the education in the field of Engineering and Management. The offered course are B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, MBA, M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
The college conducts Hi Tech Technical fest every year followed by Cultural Night “Utkarsh”. It has various clubs and societies which organizes the extra co-curricular activities throughout the year. It also conducts various seminars, workshops, industrial visit on various topics.

To get admission to B.Tech, students must have completed 10+2 in science stream with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main subjects from recognized board. They need to score minimum 50% marks in qualifying. Students have to appear in UPSEE. Admission will be granted on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE. Vacant seats will be filled on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination.
For admission to M.tech, students must have completed B.tech or BE in relevant discipline of Engineering or any other equivalent qualification in relevant discipline from recognized University. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE.
To get admission to MBA, must hold graduation in any discipline from recognized University. They must have obtained minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE. Remaining seats will be filled on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination.
