MS Ramaiah Medical College Admissions 2021

Admission in Ramaiah colleges is done on the basis of entrance examination and merit in the qualifying examination.

Ramaiah College Medical College MBBS and BPT (Physiotherapy) Admission

Ramaiah Medical College offers MBBS and BPT i.e Bachelors of physiotherapy. The courses are of 4.5 years of duration with a mandatory internship.
For MBBS Admission candidates need to be from PCB stream. They must have a valid score of NEET-UG. Applicants must have scored a minimum of 50% marks in 12th with English as one of a subject.
For BPT admission students must have PCB background with English as of a subject. The admission will be done on the basis of merit/cut off in the qualifying examination.
15% of the total seats are reserved for foreign nationals and NRI.

The college offers MD in 17 disciplines, MS program in 5 disciplines, PG Diploma in 7 discipline and MPT in 5 streams. For admission, to MD/MD/PG diploma course candidates must have MBBS degree. For MPT candidates must have BPT graduation degree.

Note - For MD/MS and POG diploma, students must have a valid rank of NEET PG. Also, candidates must complete compulsory Rotating Internship on or before 31st March of a present year of admission.

The admission to a PhD course as follows :

Candidates can apply twice a year to the registrar RGUHS in the month of April - May and October - November.
Candidates have to clear an interview and make a presentation of Ph. D protocol with or without guide before the panel.
Selected candidates will be referred to the vice chancellor for the proper admission proceedings.
