Quantum University Roorkee Eligibility Criteria - 12th or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biology/Computer science (IT).

Quantum University is the best place to build your future. Here every student think about your career and think about how to make yourself better. One of the best university in north India. Quantum university is the first college in Uttarakhand which offer interdisciplinary education. Students can select major and minor courses. Students can follow their passion program without giving up their dreams. They can study technology with music, agriculture
Faculty
Faculty members are friendly and really good. Some are strict but this is for the welfare of the students. The faculty members are really experienced with good teaching skills. You can also take their guidance for your personal life.
Infrastructure
The infrastructure is very good at this university. The labs and classrooms are good. The college has a big library. The food quality is good. The facilities provided by the college are very good. Classrooms are always clean and properly arranged. Seminar room and halls are available for every event. The whole campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There are cricket ground, football, tennis, basketball, badminton court in the University. There are a big auditorium and 2 conference halls for the students.
Placement
The placements in Quantum University are very good. A lot of companies, visit the university every year. Every student gets a chance to get placed. The Institute improved Placement Cell which organizes the Campus Interview for final year students of the University. This University was well known for its placement records as more than 93 % of students got placed last year. The highest package of the University was 14 lakhs which was given to a computer student.
Accommodation
The campus has 24*7 wifi facility. There are badminton court , basketball and tennis court as well. The green environment of the campus helps students to breathe fresh air. The University is well known for its good infrastructure. The classrooms are quite big and comfortable. Quantum University has very good labs for every courses.

Academic
The academic life of a first-year student at IIT Kharagpur is challenging but rewarding. The curriculum is rigorous and covers a wide range of subjects including electrical technology, science of living system, HS, chemistry etc. depending on the semester. Students are expected to participate in various extracurricular activities like sports etc. and the most exciting part is the number of societies and clubs over here(Nearly 90 I guess..)
Faculty
The teachers are Masters of their trades they are really helpful and most of them are Ph.D. holders they know their duties very well. The best thing is the politeness and friendly behaviour they are always present if students need them. They always motivates and encourage the students to do good deeds.
Infrastructure
In general the infrastructure of the college is quite good and hygienic environment .our college provides all the facilities like library, Wi-Fi, labs and well structured building, great cafeteria for students as well as for teachers, food quality is too good . The auditorium, with a seating capacity of 550 and centrally air-conditioning, is undoubtedly the crown jewel at Quantum campus. There are also many air-conditioned Seminar Halls to seat 150 to 170 students. The campus is spread over an area of 50acres.
Placement
To qualify for placements minimum seventy five percentage is mandatory.This year the placement percentage is only fifty percentage the placement was good in previous year.The highest salary package offered is forty four lakh per annum for an Electronics and Communication Engineering student.Only highest package is good when we come to average only fifty percent students are placed and for them average salary is four lakh per annum.Placement process is easy and our college is very much supportive
Accommodation
I took hostel accommodation there and the best thing was no ragging was there in the campus. The facilities in the hostel were very good like clean washrooms every day, spacious room, Almirah, bed, study table, 24 hours wi-fi facility and for boys gym is also available. We can't go without permission of our guardians out of the campus and security guards keeps taking rounds of our building at night. It's a very safe place to stay.
