Online Process 

• For online processing, one needs to register by visiting the official website and clicking “Apply Now” or by clicking the link mentioned below.

• Register yourself by filling in the details and submitting the form via login through your user ID  and password which will be created once you enter all your details. 
• Pay the registration form and attach the scanned documents if required.
