Sagar Institute of Technology and Management is also known as (SITM), located in Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. It has been established in the year 2002.

SITM is approved by AICTE, MHRD, Govt. of India and affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and Dipoma course is approved by Board of Technical Education Lucknow.

It provides the technical and professional education in the field of Engineering and Management. The offered courses are B.Tech in Civil, Computer Science, Electronics and Communication, Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, Information Technology and Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering and MBA.

It has well equipped infrastructure with all major facilities such as Well furnished classroom with best teaching aids, Central Library has 49,000 volumes and 3000 titles, 120 National and International journals and magazines etc, Hostel, Guest House, workshops, laboratories with latest equipments, Mess and cafeteria, Seminar hall having 200 seats, Medical Center, Transport facility and many more.

The recruiting companies of SIMT are Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Airtel, IBM, Maintech Pvt. Ltd., Google, RF Solution Pvt. Ltd., ITC, Fair Deal Power, Syntel, Reliance etc.

Sagar Institute of Technology and Management, Barabanki Admission 2021:

Admission to B.Tech will be done through counseling based on the score obtained in UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam). Once the seats will be allotted to UPSEE qualified students, remaining seats will be filled by the college on the basis of score obtained in JEE mains or marks obtained in 10+2 examination.
M.Tech admission will be done on the merit basis. First preference will be given to those students who have valid score in GATE.
Admission in Diploma courses, students must completed High school with Science and Mathematics from recognized Board. 10+2 or ITI students can take direct admission in the second year.
MBA admission will be done through UPSEE/ CAT/ CMAT/ MAT or any other Management Aptitude Test. Vacant seats will be filled on the basis of marks obtained in graduation.

Fee structure is viable as comparison to other colleges. Fees must be paid in 2 on installments or annually at the starting of the semester in the academic cell.
Fine will be charged on the late submission of fees.
