Sir Chhotu Ram Institute of Engineering and Technology is commonly known as SCRIET, located in Meerut. It has been established in the year 2002. The Institute is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow.
SCRIET imparts the technical education in the field of Engineering, Computer Application and Management. The offered courses are B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Agriculture Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Applied Electronics Engineering, MCA and MBA.
The campus of college is well maintained and providing the all required facilities such as well stocked library with rich collection of books, seminar hall, modern classrooms, laboratories and workshops, medical facility, lecture hall, computer center, sports, transport facility, auditorium, safety and security and many other facilities are available for the students and staff.

Admission to B.Tech, students must have completed 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from recognized board. They must have obtained minimum 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST category. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE. 20% of total seats will be filled on the basis of score obtained in JEE Main. 10% seats of them will be filled by the Uttar Pradesh domicile students through Uttar Pradesh merit using state quota reservation policy. 10% will be filled through the all India merit.
For MBA admission, students must have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized University and obtained minimum 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST category students). Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in UPSEE. Students who have obtained 55% marks can take direct admission in MBA. 20% of seats will be filled on the basis of score obtained in CMAT.
MCA admission, students must have completed graduation in any discipline with Mathematics as main subject at 10+2 or graduation level. Admission will be done through UPSEE. Students with 55% marks (50% for Sc/st) can take direct admission in the MCA course.
MCA lateral, students must have completed BCA/ B.SC in Information Technology/ Computer Science or any other equivalent qualification in relevant discipline from recognized University.

SCRIET fee structure is very feasible and affordable.
The B.Tech fee is Rs.72,000 per annum, MBA is Rs.50,000 p.a., and MCA is Rs.50,000 p.a.
