St. Joseph's Evening College (SJEC) is an autonomous institute and formerly it was a part of St. Joseph’s College, located in Bangalore, Karnataka. It was established in the year 1972. It is affiliated to Bangalore University. 

It provides education in the field of Commerce, Humanities and Social Science, Computer Application, Management, Retail Management, Hospital Administration, and Information Technology. The offered courses are B.Com, BBA, BCA, MA, Diploma in Retail Management, Banking and Finance, Human Rights, Information Technology, Computer Hardware and Networking, Advance Accounting, and others.

It has a well-constructed infrastructure and having the required facilities inside the campus for its students. For admission to Undergraduate and Diploma courses, students must have completed 10+2 in any discipline from recognized board. They must have obtained minimum 45% marks in the qualifying examination.

For BCA, students must have done 10+2 with mathematics as main subjects from recognized board. They need  to score minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination.

To get admission to M.Com, students must have completed bachelor’s degree in commerce fom recognized University.

For MA, must done BA in relevant discipline from recognized University.
