St Stephen's, Delhi offers undergraduate, postgraduate and language courses in various specialization. The admission to BA and B.Sc. program is done on the basis of entrance test conducted by the college. The application /admission process starts at the end of May and continues till mid- June. Candidates can get the application via online. The shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview. Admission is granted on the basis of merit of:
- Class XII Marks: 85 %
- Written Exam: 5 %
- Interview: 10 %
Applicants belonging to the person with disability (PWD) category will be exempted from the written aptitude test. In such case, class XII marks will be considered along with an interview. Candidates applying under sports quota will be granted ion the basis of mixed merit like:
- Sports Merit - 30 %
- Field Trial - 35 %
- Class 12th marks - 20 %
- Interview - 15%
Note - Candidates of sports quota will be called for trial.

St Stephen's, New Delhi Diploma Courses Admission 2021 - Diploma In Language Courses
The college offers a language course in eleven different languages. The course is of diploma level and duration is eighteen months. The application procedure starts from mid of June i.e. the third week of June. The applications are available online. Students can fill form till the first week of July after those applications will be close. Candidates are required to sit for the entrance test conducted by the college. It is to be noted that candidates who have completed a certificate course from St Stephen's itself or Delhi University will be taken directly. Their admission will be on first come first serve basis. However, candidates who have taken a break after course will not be allowed for direct admission.

St Stephen's, New Delhi Seat Reservation Policy
St Stephen's, New Delhi Seats will be reserved on a certain percentage:
- 50 % of the total seats will be reserved for Christian under which 17 % seats by St Christian applicants.
- 3 % by Christian with disability PWD.
- 20 % for the church of North India.
- Remaining from all other Christian denominations-non CNI churches.
- Remaining 50 % non-Christian category is 8.5 % for SC /ST.
- 1.5 % PWD.
- 40 % for the general category.
- 21 supernumerary seats are reserved for admission of candidates under sports category.
