The SRHU, Dehradun refund of fee shall be applicable only in the following cases: 

1. Any student who wishes to withdraw from the program on or before the last date of withdrawal as stipulated in the admission order. But he/she will have to give this in writing. OR
2. Any student who does not join the program on the prescribed date of joining as stipulated in the admission order.

Or 

1. Any student whose admission is cancelled on account of his/her giving false information/certificate(s) or has hidden some information from the University. OR
2. Any student who is expelled by the university on account of proven indiscipline and/or misconduct. OR
3. Any student who has been given provisional admission despite not having the qualifying examination result declared by the examining body. 

Refund of fees shall be as follows: 

• Note that the Registration Fee & Admission Fee will not be refundable, under any circumstances.
• 100% tuition fee will be refunded, in the case of the 1st and 2nd points mentioned above. However, processing charges, as prescribed by the University from time to time, will be deducted from the refundable amount.

IMPORTANT POINTS: 

• Only after the Deduction of all dues and claims (if there are any), the Security Deposit will be refunded, and too after the successful completion of his/her program.
• Now, if there is any student who is offered a scholarship/fee concession & his admission is cancelled due to any reason. Then he/she will be treated as a non-scholarship/non-recipient of fee concession, for purposes like Refund.
• Students will have to submit a Request for Withdrawal to the Dean of this University, only then it will be considered.
• Lastly, as related to the mode of payment of refund. It will be through NEFT/RTGS/Cheque Only.
