Swami Vivekanand University (SVN) is a private co-educational University which is located in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. It is also known as Sri Vivekanand Niji University, established in the year 2021. It is approved by UGC, PCI, AICTE, BCI etc.
SVN imparts the quality education in the field of Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Legal Studies, Computer Application, Computer Science, Aviation, Fine Arts, Science, Mass Communication etc.
The offered courses are B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering etc, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc in Computer Science, BBA, BBA, LLB, B.Sc in Hotel Management, LLM, BALLB, BFA, Air Hostess, BJMC, BA, B.Sc, M.Pharm etc.
The University’s campus is spread over an area of 65 acres of lush green land and it is a pollution free and eco friendly campus. Students can fill online application form on University official website.
Admission to B.Tech, must have done 10+2 in science stream with PCM subjects from recognized board. They have to appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by Swami Vivekanand University. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in CET.
For B.Sc, must have completed 10+2 in science stream from recognized board. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in CET.
For admission to B.Sc in Hotel Management, Fashion designing and Interior designing, students must have done intermediate in any discipline from recognized board. They must have obtained minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination. Admission is given on the basis of CET score.
For Admission to BFA, BA, BALLB, B.Com, BJMC , BPA and other undergraduate courses will be done through counseling based on the score obtained in CET.
Admission to B.Pharm and BMLT, students must have completed 10+2 in science stream and secured minimum 50% marks. Students will be required to appear in Common Entrance Test.
LLB, B.Ed and B.Lib.Sc, students must have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized University with minimum 50% marks. Admission will be done except B.Ed on the basis of score obtained in CET.
Admission to B.Ed and B.P.Ed courses will be done on the basis of score obtained in TET conducted by MP Government.
For M.Tech admission, students must have completed B.Tech or BE in Engineering discipline from recognized University with minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in GATE/ CET Entrance exam.
M.Sc, must have done B.Sc in relevant discipline from recognized University. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in CET.
MBA admission, must have completed graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks from recognized University. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in CAT/ MAT/ CET.
For MA, MCA, MJMC or any other post graduate courses admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in CET.
Admission to Diploma, Certification and PG Diploma, students will be required to appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by SVN. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in CET.
Students who scored more than 80% marks can take direct admission in any course. They need not to appear in any entrance exam.
