Royal Group of Colleges is located in Mansa, Punjab. It was established in the year 2021. The college is affiliated to Punjabi University, Patiala. It provides the excellence education in various disciplines such as Arts, Computer Application, Commerce, Library Science, Science, Agriculture, Fashion Designing, Journalism and Mass Communication, Information Technology etc.

The eligibility of courses are:
For BA, B.Com, BBA, BJMC, students must have completed 10+2 in any discipline from recognized board. They need to score minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination.
To be eligible for B.SC and B.SC Agriculture course, students must have done intermediate in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology as main subjects from recognized board.
For PG Diploma courses, B.Lib and PGDCA, students must have completed graduation in any discipline from recognized University and they must have obtained minimum qualification in relevant discipline from recognized University.
For admission to MA in Punjabi, students must have completed BA with Punjabi as one of the main subject from recognized University.

The fee structure of college is very low and less as compare to other private colleges in the city. Fee can be paid in two installments annually. Fee includes the tuition fee, library charge, development fee, book bank and many other extra charges.
