Trident Group of Institutions (TGI) is private institution which is located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. The college was established in the year 2008 and approved by AICTE and MHRD New Delhi. It is affiliated to Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow and Uttar Pradesh Board of Technical Education, Lucknow.
It provides the education in 2 disciplines i.e. Engineering and Management. The offered courses are B.Tech in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Civil Engineering, MBA, Diploma in Automobile Engineering and Diploma in Production Engineering.
The institute has best facilities and amenities inside the campus. There are well-equipped laboratories and workshops, Hi-tech computer center with Internet Connectivity, Seminar Hall, Lecture Hall, Healthcare facilities, Hostels facility, Mess, Cafeteria, Central library with large volumes of books of all departments, transport facility, Indoor and Outdoor games and many more.

Trident has training and placement cell which works on the training and placement activities and invites the various companies for Campus placement. It also prepares the students and assists them for the campus placement. The main recruiting companies are Angel Broking, HCL Technologies, HONDA, TVS, Mother Dairy, Jain Udyog, Bright Professional, Red ball, Larsen and Toubro, Vasu Infrastructure and others.

For admission to B.Tech in six disciplines, students must have done 10+2 in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as main subjects from recognized Board. They must have scored minimum 45% marks in qualifying examination. Students have to appear in UPSEE/ JEE Mains. Admission will be done through counseling based on the score obtained in UPSEE or JEE Main. The vacant seats will be filled at college level counseling on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examination.
For Diploma admission in two branches namely Automobile engineering and Production Engineering. The duration of course is three years. Students must have completed 10th with mathematics, science and English as main subject from recognized board. They must have obtained minimum 35% marks in qualifying examination. Students have to appear in JEECUP. Admission will be done on the basis of mark obtained in Jeecup. Some seats will be filled on the basis marks obtained in qualifying examination.
MBA admission in various disciplines with total 120 seats, students must be graduated in any discipline from recognized University. They must have obtained minimum 50% marks in qualifying examination. Students with valid score in UPSEE/ CMAT/ CAT/ MAT will be given first preference at the time of admission.
