Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University is commonly known as UPRTOU, it is a State University which is located In Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. It was established in the year 1999. It is approved by Government of Uttar Pradesh and recognized by University grants commission (UGC).
