Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute is commonly known as VJTI, it is an autonomous institute which is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The college has been established in the year 1887. The college is approved by AICTE New Delhi and affiliated by University of Mumbai, Mumbai. The college is financially supported by Govt. of Maharashtra.
VJTI imparts the technical education in the field of Engineering and Computer Application. Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute, Mumbai Admission
To get admission to B.Tech course in various specializations, student need to complete 10+2 in science stream with PCM subjects from recognized board. They must have obtained minimum 55% aggregate marks in previous qualifying examination. Students will be required to appear in MH CET (Common Entrance Test). Final selection of students for admission will be done through counseling based on the score obtained in MH CET. Students with valid score in JEE Main can also apply. Their admission will be done on the basis of JEE Main score.
For admission to M.Tech course, students must have completed B.Tech or BE in engineering discipline and obtained minimum 60% marks (55% marks in case of SC/ST/ PH category students). Students must have valid score in GATE. Admission will be done on the basis of score obtained in GATE.
For MCA, must have done graduation with mathematics as main subject at 10+2 level and obtained minimum 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ST) from recognized University. They need to score valid marks in MH CET.
For PH.D admission, must have done Master’s degree in relevant discipline 60% marks or 6.75 cgpa from recognized University.

The fee of VJTI is completely affordable as compare to other private engineering colleges in the city. No other charges will be taken for any extracurricular activities from the students. Hostel and Mess charges will be paid separately by the students, it is not included in the college tuition fee.
