B. Tech. - Food Science is known as Bachelor of Technology in Food Science, which is an undergraduate degree program. Food Science is all about the study of the nature of foods and the changes that occur in them naturally arid as a result of handling and processing. It focuses on the application of biological, chemical, and physical principles to the study of converting raw agricultural products into processed forms which are appropriate for the direct human consumption, and the storage of such products.
