Eligibility

BBA LLB (Hons) program is a five-year integrated undergraduate course that combines business administration and law, giving students a comprehensive understanding of both fields. To be eligible for admission into this program, candidates needs to  meet certain requirements:

1. Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education is higher secondary education (12th grade) or its equivalent from a recognized board in any stream.
  • Minimum 45% to 50% marks is required in 12th standard. For reserved categories, this percentage may be lower, depending on the institution's rules.

2. Age Limit:

  • It deffers university to university, candidates should not be older than 20-22 years at the time of admission. Some universities may offer age relaxations for reserved category candidates.

3. Entrance Examinations: Some of the common entrance exams include:

  • CLAT (Common Law Admission Test): A nationwide exam conducted for admission to various law schools.
  • LSAT (Law School Admission Test): Another common entrance exam for law admissions in India.
  • University-Specific Exams: Many law schools conduct their own entrance exams for admission into their BBA LLB programs. Examples include the SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test), AILET (All India Law Entrance Test), and others.
  • The main focues area of examination are such as:
    • Legal Aptitude
    • English Language
    • General Knowledge
    • Logical Reasoning
    • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Personal Interview/Group Discussion: Some universities conduct a personal interview or a group discussion as part of the selection process. These assessments assess the candidate's communication skills, knowledge about current affairs, and suitability for the course.
