M. Tech. - Polymer Technology

Master of Technology in Polymer Technology is a postgraduate degree program. Polymer Technology is the subfield of material science that deals with polymers, primarily synthetic polymers such as plastics. It includes the two main sub- disciplines i.e. Polymer chemistry that deals with the chemical synthesis and chemical properties of polymers and Polymer Physics that deals with the bulk properties of polymer materials and engineering applications. Through this course, students will get knowledge about many materials, testing methods, design of moulds, computer Aided Engineering and polymer process. Moreover, students who hold B. E or B. Tech. degree can apply for this Master degree program. After completion of this course, they can find many career opportunities in various companies as Process Engineer, Research Engineer, Senior Polymer Engineer, Quality Manager,  Manager and more.
