M.Arch (Built Heritage) admission 2021

• It is a 2-year post graduate program in Built Heritage, divided into 4 semesters. 
• This course includes the study of the construction of important assets. 
• Under this course, you will study about the historical layers of our built environment in place made by brick, wood, metal, stone, and plaster. 
• You will learn about all essential aspects of Built Heritage such as cathedrals and cemeteries, factories and fences, houses and hotels, museums and markets. 
• It covers topics like Planning Theory, Structural Conservation, Architectural History, Computer Application, Visual Communication, Documentation methods, Historic City etc. 
• To attain this course, you must have certain skills like Creative thinking skills, analytical skills, critical assess the problem, construction, Building Material and elements. 
• It imparts an understanding of historic building, historic preservation, heritage management and much similar knowledge. 

Admission procedure 

• The admission of candidate will be based on their obtained marks in previous year examination
• Some institute also conducts entrance exam to offer admission into this course.
• After the entrance exam, you have to appear for counseling procedure or personal interview.
• The final selection of the candidate will be based on a merit list, which depends on the institute to institute.
