JIPMER organizes an entrance exam every year for the students, who are interested in its MBBS programs. There are 200 MBBS seats available in JIPMER for which entrance exam is conducted.
The official notification of JIPMER 2021 MBBS Entrance Exam has been released and it will be held on 3rd June 2021. The candidates, who will obtain marks/rank higher than the cut-off marks, are allowed to attend the counseling sessions and offer admission and allotment for the respective course/program.

JIPMER Eligibility

JIPMER 2021 eligibility criteria are as follows:

•     Candidates should be an Indian citizen.
•     NRI’s (Non-Resident Indians) and OCI (Overseas Citizen of India) are also eligible to apply.
•     Candidates should be minimum 17 years as of 2021.
•     There will be no relaxation of age for reserved categories.
•     Candidates should pass their 10+2/equivalent exam from a recognized board.
•     Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology should be the core subjects in 10+2.
•     Candidates should have 50% marks in 10+2 for General Categories. 40% for OBC/SC/ST/OPH candidates.

JIPMER 2021 Important dates are as follows:

JIPMER 2021 Application Form

• JIPMER 2021 Application Form will be available from 7th March 2021 until 13th April 2021.
• JIPMER 2021 Application Form will only release online at the official website. There is no other mode of filling Application Form.
• Applicants should need to visit the official website, i.e. www.jipmer.edu  and open the online Application Form.
• Enter the details carefully before submitting the Application Form because there will be no changes to be made once Application Form is submitted.
• Upload recent scanned color photograph and signature.
• Now, pay the Application Fee through online mode via Debit/Credit Card or net banking.
• Submit the Application Form.
• Take out a print-out of Application Form for further reference.

JIPMER 2021 Application Fees

• JIPMER 2021 Application Fee for General Candidates is Rs 1000. For SC/ST categories, it is Rs 800.
• There is only online mode of fee payment for JIPMER 2021 via Debit/Credit or net banking.
• There will be no fees to be charged for OPH candidates.

JIPMER 2021 Admit Card

• JIPMER 2021 admit card will be available from 3rd week of June 2021.
• JIPMER 2021 admit card will only available at the official website.
• Candidates can download the admit card from the official website.
• Candidates should bring admit card at the time of examination.

JIPMER 2021 Exam Pattern

JIPMER Exam Pattern:

• JIPMER 2021 examination will be held on 3rd June 2021.
• The mode of examination for JIPMER 2021 will be online only.
• Medium of language will be bilingual, i.e. English as well as Hindi.
• Types of questions will be objective type.
• There will be 200 questions to be asked in the exam.
