CTET (Central Teacher Eligibility Test) is a National Level entrance test conducted by CBSE annually. This exam is organized for the candidates, who want to be appointed as a Primary Teacher in Schools (For class I-V) and also as Upper Primary Teacher (for class VI-VII).
Candidates, who qualify CTET exam are eligible to join as a teacher in various Government aided schools including KVS, NVS and Tibetan schools. Many other schools are also accepted CTET scores.
The expected exam date of CTET 2021 exam is out and it might be held in the first week of March 2021. Although, the official notification of the exam will be announced in January 2021.

How to Participate :
CTET 2021 Application Form: CBSE hasn’t released CTET 2021 Application Form yet. Candidates, who want to fill the online Application form of the exam must have to visit the official website of CTET, i.e. www.ctet.nic.in
Follow the below mentioned steps to fill the Online Application form of CTET 2021 Application form:
• Firstly, candidates have to visit the official website of CTET, i.e. www.ctet.nic.in
• Now click on Apply Online’ option.
• Proceed onto Registration part and save the Registration number for future.
• After the Registration process, instructions will be displayed on your screens.
• Fill all the necessary details such as Name, Address, Contact Number etc. carefully.
• Now click on next button and upload the scanned copies of recent color photograph and signature.
• Submit the Online Application fees either through offline via Debit/Credit Card/Net Banking or offline through bank’s e-Challan.
• Click on ‘Submit’ button.
• Now take out the print out of filled Application Form for further use.
CTET 2021 Application Fees:
• The application fee for General/OBC is Rs 1000 for both I and II paper. If candidates want to appear for either Paper I or Paper II, they have to submit Rs 600 as Application fee.
• For SC/ST/PwD categories, the Application fee is Rs 500 for both I and II paper. If candidates want to appear for either Paper I or Paper II, the Application fee is Rs 300.
• Candidates can either pay Application Fees through online mode via Debit/Credit Card/Net banking or offline mode via bank’s e-Challan.
Eligibility :
CTET 2021 Eligibility Criteria: CTET 2021 eligibility criteria is given below, candidates are advised to read the eligibility criteria before filling the application form.
• Candidates, who want to appear in CTET 2021 must complete the age of 18 years.
• There is no upper age limit in CTET 2021.
• Education Qualifications are as follows:
For Class I-V:
• Candidates must have completed their 10+2 with at least 50% marks.
• Or they should complete or in the final year of the diploma of elementary education.
• Or completed 10+2 with 50% marks + appearing in 4 years of graduation degree.
• Or completed 10+2 with 50% or appear in the final year of the diploma of education.
• Or completed Bachelor’s degree or appearing in final year of elementary education.
For Class VI-VII:
• Candidates must have a Graduation degree or appear in the final year of diploma in elementary education.
• Or Graduation degree with 50% marks or appear/cleared in the final year of Bachelors degree of education.
• Or completed 10+2 with 50% marks or appearing in the final year of B.Sc./B.A.Ed./A.Ed

Exam Pattern
CTET 2021 Exam Pattern:
Here we have given the details regarding CTET 2021 exam pattern:
• CTET 2021 examination is divided into 2 parts, i.e. Paper I (Primary Stage) and Paper II (Elementary Stage).
• CTET 2021 comprises of objective type questions.
• For every correct answer, the candidate will be rewarded with one mark.
• There will no negative marking in CTET 2021 exam.
The paper I (Primary Stage):
• Time duration for Paper I is 2 and a half hours.
• It consists of total 150 questions divided into five sections:
