• Admissions in Arni University can be given in both ways, either entrance or merit-based and the candidates must make sure to submit a valid score for qualifying exams at the time of admissions.

• There are three specializations offered by Arni University in the B.Tech courses. These are Mechanical, Civil and Computer Science with a total intake of 90, so 30 seats are available in each specialization. The university also gives B.Tech Lateral Entry admissions. 
• For  Arni University B.Tech admission, the candidate must have completed 10+2 with PCM/PCB. And must have cleared exams like JEE-MAIN, GATE Or HPCET (Himachal Pradesh Common Entrance Test) conducted by Himachal Pradesh Technical University.

There are a total of 70 seats available in M.Tech Courses and for admission in these courses, candidates need to have a minimum of  50% in their Bachelor's degree with a valid score of GATE Or HPCET.

• For example, students securing 65% and 90% or above in the first semester of their courses will have some percent of tuition fee waiver.

• If there is a case, where two siblings are studying in the Arni University simultaneously, one of them will be granted 25% of the tuition fee waiver in all the semesters. 
• And for students who have single parents or are orphaned, a 30 to 40% fee waiver is granted on the tuition fee for all semesters.
• There are also scholarships like 25% scholarships are granted for children of defence service persons and 35% waiver of tuition fee for those students who are of OBC/SC/ST categories.
