National PG College is an autonomous College which is located close to the banks of river Gomti in the city of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It was estbalsihed in the year 1974 and affiliated to University of Lucknow, Lucknow.
The college provides the education in the field of Arts, Management, Science, Computer application, Mass Communication and Commerce. The offered courses are BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, B.Com Hons, BJMC, MA, M.Sc, M.Com and BBA.
It also offers the UG and UG programs for skill development under Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra. There are about 6 courses offers under this scheme- 2 one year programs under Community College and 2 degree and 2 post graduate curses under DDUKK.
The campus of college is spread across green lush land. There are well equipped labs, computer lab, well stocked library with good collection of books, E-Library, Air Conditioned Reading Rooms, hostel, mess, medical facility, fully furnished classrooms etc.
There is a IGNOU and UP Rajarshi Tandon Open University study centre which offer the certificate, degree and diploma courses in distant mode.
It conducts NSS and NCC programs for the students and so that students can get the feeling of social service.
It offers various indoor and outdoor games such as Cricket, Badminton, Chess, Lawn Tennis, Table Tennis, Athletics and others. The college take parts in the District level Inter degree college cricket tournament etc.

Admission to all the undergraduate courses like BA, B.SC, BBA, BJMC, B.Com and BCA will be done through an Entrance exam i.e LUACMAT which is followed by Personal Interview or Counseling at the college
For BA course, students need to complete 10+2 in any discipline with minimum 45% marks from recognized board.
For B.Com, must have completed 10+2 with Mathematics or Economics as main subject with minimum 55% marks from recognized board.
For admission to B.Com Hons, students need to complete 10+2 in any discipline with Mathematics or Economics as main subject from recognized board. They need to obtain minimum 60% marks.
For Admission to B.Sc, Students must have completed 10+2 in science stream with minimum 50% marks.
Admission to BBA and BJMC, must have done intermediate with minimum 50% marks from recognized board.
BCA, 10+2 in any discipline with Mathematics or computer as one of the main subject from recognized board and obtained minimum 55% marks.
For B.Voc, 10+2 in any stream with minimum 55% marks from recognized board.
Admission to M.com and MA, students must have done graduation in relevant discipline from recognized University. They need to score minimum 50% marks. Admission will be done on the merit basis of qualifying examination.
For M.Sc admission, students must have completed B.Sc with 50% marks. Admission is given on the merit basis.
For M.Voc, bachelor’s degree with 60% marks.
Admission to PG Diploma, must have done graduation.
For admission to Advanced Diploma, must have done 10+2 from recognized board. For certificate course, 12th passed.

The fee of college is quite affordable and less.
The fee of BA course is Rs.10,000 p.a, B.SC Rs.20,000, B.Voc Rs.12,100, BBA Rs. 31,100, BMS Rs.31,100, B.Com Rs.25,000 p.a., BCA Rs.31,000 p.a., MA Rs.40,000 p.a., M.Com Rs.20,000 p.a and the fee of other courses are also less.
