Students scoring a minimum of 45% marks in class 12th can apply for any UG course. 5% relaxation for candidates belonging to SC/ST and differently disabled. Applicants must be minimum 25 years of age applying for UG course.

Patanjali University offers PG Diploma courses as PG courses in many specializations. The university offer PG course M.A in Yoga science, Psychology, Philosophy, English, Sanskrit (literature), Sanskrit (Vyakarana)and Sanskrit (philosophy).
