Master of Technology in Nano Science and Technology

Master of Technology in Nano Science and Technology is a postgraduate degree program. This course is all about the relation between artificial and biological systems on a nano-meter scale and its application in various fields. It covers the areas such as basics of nanotechnology, synthesis of nanoparticles and their characterization, surface chemistry and application and device fabrication. Under this course, students will study about Biosciences, Quantum Concepts of Nanostructures, Quantum Concepts of Nanostructures and Methods of Synthesis of Nanomaterials, Properties of Nano semi conducting materials and applications and more. Through this course, they will be proficient in the field of nanotechnology as well as they will get the knowledge about the latest technologies of Nanoscience.  Moreover, students who hold B.E or B. Tech. degree in Mechanical or Biotechnology or Nanotechnology etc can apply for this Master program.
