The government of Himachal Pradesh invites all the SC students of Himachal Pradesh to apply for Dr Ambedkar Medhavi Chatra Yojana for SC Students. This scholarship is for class 11th students or for students who have taken admission in any professional /technical course after the 10th.

Dr Ambedkar Medhavi Chatra Yojana for SC Students Eligibility Criteria

• Must be a citizen of Himachal Pradesh.
• Must belong to SC category.
• Must have passed class 10th.
• Must have taken class 11th or in any professional course after 10th from a recognized university/institute.

Rewards for the Scholarship

Selected candidates will get INR 12,000 P/A for 2 years.

Note – Selection will be done on the basis of academic merit.

How To Apply for Dr. Ambedkar Medhavi Chatra Yojana for SC Students?

• For Apply Online Click to "Apply Now" button
• Visit the national scholarship portal and click on new registration.
• Read the guidelines carefully and then fill all the mandatory information.
• Select the scholarship scheme, gender, write your name, date of birth, mobile number and email ID.
• Provide Bank details (Bank Name, IFSC Code, Account Number)
• Select the Aadhaar or Bank Account number as identification details and click on the ‘Register’ button.
• The mobile number will be verified and OTP will be registered.
• Use that login password for knowing the application status.

Terms and Conditions

• The scholarship is only for two years, the renewal is subject to an academic background in the first year or in class 11th.
• Students must have taken admission in or outside the state after completing the class 10th.
